Hi, I’m Sam.

I was born in Chadwell Heath, Romford, and moved to Billericay at 16. I hated exercise growing up, happily skipped PE any chance I got (ironic, I know, given how obsessed I am with wellness now!).
For 19 years, I worked a 9‑to‑5 in Finance. Then, at the end of 2024, during one of those classic office chats where I found myself debunking yet another fitness myth for my colleagues, someone said:
“Sam, you’re a qualified PT who clearly loves helping people — follow your passion!”
Sometimes it really does take someone else to say the obvious before it clicks.
So… I did the thing. I resigned in from the 9- 5, took the leap, and started doing what I truly love, helping women every day build strength, lose stubborn fat, and finally feel confident in their own skin. 💪
